Where To Get The INAPAM Card In Playa del Carmen

Wondering how and where get your INAPAM card in Playa del Carmen? If you’re a permanent resident in Mexico and you’re 60 years old or older, you can apply to the program.

With the card, individuals get discounts on many services and products throughout Mexico.

There is no cost and it takes only a few minutes to acquire it if you arrive at the INAPAM office early in the morning.

You will need the originals and a copy of a few documents before you go. Never give them the original documents, only the copies.

If they ask for the originals, you can show them. Also, be aware that in most cases they will want to fingerprint you.

In order to verify the age, you must present any of the following documents:

  • Temporary or Permanent Residency Permit. (the older FM2 or FM3): Original and Copy
  • Naturalization Letter if you are naturalized: Original and Copy
  • Valid passport: Original and Copy
  • Accompanied by proof of address of the Mexican territory: Original and Copy

Proof of address that you are a resident. You may submit any of the following proof, and they must be in the name of the person applying for an INAPAM card:

  • Electricity bill: Original and Copy
  • Ballot form: Original and Copy
  • Water receipt: Original and Copy
  • Phone receipt: Original and Copy
  • Propane receipt: Original and Copy
  • Any statement containing the details of your address: Original and Copy

2 child-sized photographs, white or black or color, without glasses, without a cap, in front, on photographic paper that are the same and recent: Originals
